Author access

Do clients receive author access on our website?

Under no circumstances are clients allowed author access or publishing rights on our website. There is a process and certain protocols that need to be followed, therefore, a client of any nature that needs (paid-for) copy on our website must go through Pauline Kudzai Torongo or one of our writers that has received specific instructions regarding the campaign or copy from a manager.

If a client is given access by any team member, disciplinary action will follow.
